Instructions for ZOOM session access and presentation:
· Please check the programme to see the date and time of your assigned sessions.
· Each session will take place in a particular Virtual (ZOOM) Room.
· There are four virtual rooms: GREEN, RED, BLUE and ORANGE.
· Find out in the schedule which is the room assigned to your session
· Enter the room clicking on one of the colored squares above.
· Please access the room 5 minutes before the session starts.
· Each presentation should not exceed 20 minutes (+ 10 minutes for discussion).
